This "provider" is local. So I thought I would stop in personally to ask a question concerning the difference in price between 2 products. 2 different Trane heat pumps to be exact. I figured by stopping in personally they would realize that I was serious about a  purchase. 
When I arrived, a young lady came out of the office. I explained my question to her. She stated that no sales people were in the office at the time. She wrote down my question and my contact information. Several weeks have passed and no return call.
I try to support local businesses but I guess not this time.

"An Angie's List rep contacted us today regarding this review. When a customer stops by our office or calls for an estimate, they are told that we will need to send a rep out to see what needs to be done in order to quote the job. There is no charge for the estimate, if the customer is located in our local service area. This individual was told this. Each job calls for different equipment and material. The contact information for this individual was taken and he was reminded at that time again, that the rep would still want to come out. There are (3) individuals that work in our front office area and this individual was not interested in someone coming out for an estimate."
