Set up appointment weeks in advance. Half hour late, called to inquire and was told 20 more min. An hour later called and said forget it! You never get a second chance to make a first impression.

very unprofessional, She mentioned that my house is disgusting!! the worst experience I ever had. She left the job and the job is not complete but she ask for me to pay her the full amount for only 1 bathroom
